I started this blog on the advice of my psychotherapist as a therapeutic outlet. I suffer from multiple mental health issues and writing my thoughts, experiences, and feelings helps deal with the everyday stress of living with these illnesses.
The blog has since morphed into both the writings of my journey with mental illnesses and as a portal of expression of things I create or like. I am not a professional writer or photographer but I enjoy both as a means of creativity and as a kind of therapy akin to journaling. All material is mine unless otherwise indicated. I’m new to blogging and don’t know the protocols involved with sharing, but I ask that if you do share, please give me credit.
